Muffler can reduce the engine exhaust noise and make the high temperature exhaust gas discharge safely and effectively. As part of the exhaust pipe, the muffler should ensure smooth exhaust, low resistance and sufficient strength. The muffler needs to withstand high temperature exhaust gas of 500°C~700°C to ensure that the muffler will not be damaged or lose the muffling effect within the specified driving range of the car.

Muffler, deaerator, water filter, oil cooler muffler manufacturer - Jiusheng Electric Power muffler is a noise reduction device installed in the airflow channel or equipment outlet, and its role is to attenuate, reduce and isolate the sound emitted by the sound source. When the sound wave enters a cavity, the impedance of the cavity changes due to reflection, refraction and interference effects. In the frequency of the incident sound wave and the cavity wall material resonance frequency of the same, caused by resonance absorption; when the frequency of the incident sound wave and the cavity wall material resonance frequency difference is large, caused by a strong reflection; if the incident sound wave waveform complexity will also produce standing wave phenomenon. Therefore, different characteristics of mufflers should be selected according to different occasions to meet the requirements.

Muffling principle: When the sound wave enters the muffler from the pipe, it will be sucked into the surface layer of special porous sound-absorbing material inside the pipe rapidly and form a resistive resonance chamber (or called "skin effect"). This sound-absorbing material composed of resistive resonance chamber is filled with air, so that the sound waves through the chamber is limited and attenuated. There is also a perforated plate to convert low-frequency noise energy into high-frequency energy and then radiate out to achieve the purpose of noise reduction.
